Minor Color and Design Variations:

Please note that minor color and design variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen. While we have done our best to display the colors of the products as accurately as possible, please be aware that monitor calibrations may differ, and colors may appear slightly different.

All communication with us is conducted electronically. By sending us an email or visiting our website, you are consenting to receive communications from us. Additionally, you agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications we provide to you electronically meet the legal requirements for written communication.

Applicable Law and Disputes:

By visiting thebettrhomes.com, you agree that the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the supreme court, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Bettr Homes or its affiliates.

Product Descriptions:

We strive to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Pricing:

Please note that the pricing on the Bettr Homes catalogue is subject to change. However, the pricing charged to the customer will be based on the time of purchase. This policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Bettr Homes.

Warranty:

This Warranty covers your Bettr Homes Smart Products from defects in material or workmanship for the specified period mentioned on individual products, starting from the date of original purchase (Warranty Period) as evidenced by the sales receipt from an authorized reseller showing the date of purchase.

The item can be replaced only once within the warranty period.

This Warranty applies to the original retail purchaser – provided that the product is purchased as a new Bettr Homes product.

This Warranty does not cover any damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs. The warranty is also subject to the following additional conditions: installation of the bulb(s) on a dimmer switch or circuit, acts of God (such as fires, floods, tornadoes, etc.), abnormal voltage, and other physical damages, dropping the bulb, inappropriate transportation after purchase, or failure to comply with instructions in the user manual.

This Warranty does not apply to conditions resulting from normal wear and tear. Some normal variation in color and fading may occur during the lifetime of the product; thus, these variations are not considered as defects. Commercial use of the products is excluded from this warranty.

Within the Warranty Period, at Bettr Homes’ sole discretion, Bettr Homes will (1) repair the defective product at no charge; (2) exchange the defective product (with a new or refurbished product); or (3) provide a refund according to Bettr Homes’ return policy.

When a product is exchanged, the replaced product becomes Bettr Homes’ property.

Except as expressly stated herein or where prohibited by law, Bettr Homes expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to the product, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness, or safety for a particular purpose. The sole and exclusive maximum liability to Bettr Homes arising from the sales of the product shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Bettr Homes, its directors, officers, employees, or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages originating from the sales of the product.

The original purchaser must provide the original sales receipt of this product to submit a claim under this warranty.

Except where prohibited by law, this warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser.

Notice: No dealer, retailer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to the terms and conditions listed on this Warranty Certificate.

The warranty does not affect your legal rights under the statutory provisions.

Process to Claim Warranty:

To request a replacement, please reach out to our customer service team by contacting us on the website or emailing us at hello@thebettrhomes.com, or calling us at the customer care number [+91 9582572746]. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will make an appropriate decision. If the replacement is authorized, the customer will be responsible for sending the defective/damaged product to the service center, and the charges will be borne by the customer. Please note that authorization does not guarantee exchange. We will issue an exchange upon receipt of the return package. All products sent back must include all components, manuals, registration cards, and original undamaged packaging.
